Since all of our products (services, video lessons etc..) are intangible and irrevocable and the services are delivered instantly once payment is recieved, refunds will only be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
-system of the website gives evidence that the subscriber had no access to the member area
-subscriber wasn't able to log into his/her account and couldn't therefore use our services
-subscriber doesn't fail to provide us all information required so SOYMARTINO can proove that user's subscription doesn't work properly
-subscriber has not downloaded any content (PDF files, AVI files etc.) from the website.
If any of these conditions isn't met, we do not provide the payment refund.
